10-25 Walk on Treadmill 10-26 Walk Outside, Yoga
10-25 I walked 20 min. on the treadmill since it was raining outside. It still feels harder to walk on the treadmill and I can feel it in my legs and rear today.
10-26 I walked outside for 45 min, then cooled down with Yoga. I felt good today and just kept walking when I was nearing the end of my usual route. It only takes a rainy day to make one appreciate the sunny ones!
